"QINGZAI" User Manual

This manual outlines the main features, usage instructions, and after-sales policy for the QINGZAI articulated figurine.

• Type: Articulated figurine/display model

• Weight: 820g (including trailer, approximately the weight of two cans of soda)

• Material: Main body comprises 118 TC4 titanium alloy parts

• Dimensions (Robot Mode): Height 145mm, width 80mm, thickness 45mm

• Manufacturing Method: Precision CNC machining

• Surface Treatment: Sandblasting + magnetic polishing

1. Hand Modules

• The center of each fist includes an M3 threaded hole for user customization and add‑ons.

• The hand connectors retain compatibility with movable Gundam‑style hands and pressure‑plate structures.

• For articulated hands, users may purchase and install the Dalin MG Full Articulated Hands (1/100 scale) separately.

2. Serial Number

• Each unit carries a unique serial number in the format: 01‑2533

  (01 = QINGZAI model code｜2533 = produced in Week 33 of 2025)

3. Maintenance

• To clean, gently wipe surface dust with a lint‑free cloth lightly moistened with alcohol.

• Do not apply lubricating oil.

  Joint damping is achieved through nylon bushings; adding oil will cause over‑lubrication and looseness.

4. After‑Sales Service

① Magnet Detachment

• The model uses magnetic connections with a total of 112 magnets. Magnets may occasionally detach from adhesive.

• Contact customer service for self‑repair guidance, or return the unit to us for free re‑attachment (customers cover two‑way shipping).

② Surface Marks

• Due to the sandblasting and magnetic‑polishing processes, minor sporadic spot‑like marks may appear on the surface.

• These are inherent to the finishing technique and are not considered product defects.

• Buyers who are highly sensitive to such marks are advised to consider carefully before purchase.

③ Disassembly Risks

• Transformation does not require screw removal; all connections are magnetic.

• Multiple joints are assembled with precise interference fits and require special tools for disassembly.

  Deep disassembly is strongly discouraged unless absolutely necessary.

• If disassembled anyway, proceed with extreme care. In case of damage:

  • Minor scratches/dents may be repairable.

  • Severe damage will require paid part replacement.

• If the model cannot be reassembled after disassembly, it can be returned to us for paid reassembly (fee assessed case‑by‑case).

④ Service Policy

• Follow‑up maintenance and repairs are free of charge if they do not involve part replacement or require CNC reprocessing (customers cover two‑way shipping).
